Service Boundaries & Guidelines
We aim to provide a safe, respectful and confidential service. Confidentiality may need to be limited where there is a serious safeguarding concern or an immediate risk of harm. We are not an emergency mental health or clinical crisis service. Where specialist treatment is required, we will signpost or refer to an appropriate provider. If someone is in immediate danger or at risk of harming themselves or another person, call 999 or attend A&E.
